Thats why you need to be able to constantly tune the flow of data to the cloud and thereby enable you to meaningfully tune your overall IoT solutions."

Some customers have issues with that oneAxis on your machine? With VergeLink you can quickly add the axis setpoint and actual position from the PLC and as well as actual motor torque and power from the frequency converter and apply that configuration to all affected machines. With the data available you can diagnose the root cause and help your customers improve their uptime!

Connectivity to PLCs and Beyond

Your machine's PLC holds a lot of the valuable data to power your IIoT Use Case. Here VergeLink provides robust connectivity using OPC UA, Modbus TCP, Modbus RTU or Siemens S7 Communication.

But some data is still lost in other field devices like smart power supplies or frequency converters. While your PLC program doesn't need the actual motor current (or any of the other 40-80 valuable measurements a modern frequency converter can provide), your predictive maintenance Use Case definitely does!
To leverage this hidden potential, VergeLink provides a unique solution to directly access data from field devices with little to no configuration effort.

Automated Configuration

VergeLink helps you configure your field devices and sensors faster than ever before.
